Mr. Legassie was a software testing engineer with Raytheon working at the Spitzer Science Center when he participated on two of Dr. Rebull's teams.
It brought tears to my eyes to see how proud the kids were as they presented their discoveries at AAS.
I kept wishing this program had been available when I was a kid. Wanting to be a scientist, I had no role model or support and never pursued it.
