Dr. Pereira has forwarded a copy of their paper that will be published in the May issue of The Physics Teacher on the identification and calculation of the three dimensional orbit of an asteroid. You can get it here.
Ms. Linhan has been working on her own with four students to continue the sort of analysis she did with her team in NITARP 2011. She raised money to bring four students and a poster to the AAS in Long Beach in January 2013. Way to go!
