The science part of our project was overwhelming to me at first. [...]Since then I have learned an incredible amount from my mentor teacher, mentor scientists and my group members.
[...]It seems that becoming empowered in the language and the nature of inquiry and investigation was also life changing for our teacher participants.
It was very satisfying to be able to converse with the grad students about their science and actually understand what they were talking about.
