January 2010 updates for Mr. Stanford and Mr. Drumheller

Mr. Drumheller and Mr. Stanford are working on an effort to obtain a catalog of spectra (see here) to be used in courses at the College of San Mateo.

A NITARP pause: we are not expecting to be able to support a NITARP 2026 class as a result of the current funding uncertainty. We hope to resume in 2027.
