Ms. Bensel writes that her Logos Public Charter School students entered their EXMASS project into the poster competition at this conference and came in with an Honorable Mention. A scientist also offered her students an internship of sorts working with him at the Lava Beds National Monument next summer. Their work was on Lunar Pits last year, and this year they are focusing on lava tubes. Their poster and abstract are available here, along with a USRA press release.
