PASP journal articles!

Russ Laher has helped out NITARP (and Spitzer program) teams since the beginning. Inspired by a need he saw in these teams, he wrote a tool called the Aperture Photometry Tool (APT). He has now published two articles describing APT and demonstrating its research-quality performance. While not directly involving any NITARP teachers or students in the author list (though NITARP mentor scientists are included), we include these papers as part of NITARP's accomplishments!
