May 2008 updates for NITARP

  • Tim Spuck's student, Matt Walentosky, with his Spitzer Research project on WZ Sge, took second place in the Physics and Astronomy Division at the INTEL Science and Engineering Fair in Atlanta Georgia He also received the Priscilla and Bart Bok second place award from the American Astronomical Society and the Astronomical Society of the Pacific.
  • Jeff Adkins' students Alekzandir Morton and Thomas Travagli won first place at the California State Science Fair in the Physics and Astronomy Senior Division with their Spitzer project on infrared spectroscopy of S5 0714+716.

The application period is now closed for NITARP 2025. We will release our selection for the 2025 class at the 2025 January AAS.
